Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for complex, specialized, and high-impact roles, including licensed clinical, professional, technical, and leadership positions. This remote-friendly role supports high-volume hiring projects and acts as a strategic partner to hiring managers.

You will source using LinkedIn, Indeed, SeekOut, networks, and multiple recruiting platforms, manage multiple requisitions, and drive time-to-fill targets while ensuring compliant processes

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of corporate full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience using multiple sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn campaigns, staffing agencies, and virtual career fairs.
• Proven success in fast-paced, metrics-driven recruiting environments.
• Strong experience partnering with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience recruiting for specialized or difficult-to-fill positions.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer development, and offer acceptance.
• Recruit for complex, specialized, and high-impact positions, including licensed clinical, professional, technical, and leadership roles.
• Support high-volume hiring initiatives and project-based recruitment efforts as needed.
• Independently manage multiple requisitions while meeting hiring targets, time-to-fill expectations, and service-level agreements.
• Conduct candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and present qualified candidate shortlists to hiring teams.
