Qualifications

• Hands-on reconciliation experience in payments or treasury operations.
• Proficient with Excel and data visualization/BI tools.
• Able to navigate fast-paced, changing environments and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own daily reconciliation monitoring and flag breaks or mismatches.
• Investigate and drive end-to-end resolution with internal teams or external banks.
• Maintain and support month-end close and reporting cycles with accuracy.
• Use data tools to monitor reconciliation data and automate where possible.
• Contribute to automation initiatives to reduce manual work and errors.
• Handle occasional manual money transfers with high precision.
• Collaborate with engineering, treasury, and banking partners to keep processes running smoothly.
