Openkrill is seeking a Senior System Analyst to analyze and design payment workflows and the Payment Gateway functionality, translating business requirements into clear technical solutions in collaboration with product, design, engineering, QA, and technical account teams.

You will help evolve the platform, improve payment reliability, and enhance security by addressing complex payment-domain challenges and ensuring scalable architectures across microservices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a System Analyst with payment/fintech domain.
• Experience designing APIs and data models; microservices.
• Strong BPMN and UML modelling skills.
• Proficient in Postman, DevTools, and JSON editors.
• Fluent Russian and English writing (B1+).

Responsabilités

• Translate business requirements into detailed technical documentation.
• Analyze payment provider and banking integrations; define system changes.
• Address payment-domain problems like retries, idempotency, reliability.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, QA; design API and systems.
• Update documentation and standards for stakeholders.
• Participate in peer reviews.
