Openkrill in the United States seeks a Senior - Business Process Outsourcing with strong accounting expertise to manage multiple outsourced engagements and deliver accurate financial reporting. The role blends technical accounting, engagement oversight, and client relationship development in a fully remote, collaborative advisory setting.

You will mentor staff, review work, and help clients resolve accounting challenges while identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• 3–4 years of experience as a senior accountant, including outsourced accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement preparation.
• Advanced computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to supervise engagements and mentor staff.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise engagements, ensuring accuracy and deadlines.
• Develop knowledge of each client’s business and financial processes.
• Review workpapers and financial statements for accuracy and disclosures.
• Analyze balance sheet accounts and perform reconciliations.
• Oversee daily cash transaction posting and reconciliations.
• Conduct internal control reviews and identify improvements.
• Resolve accounting issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Build client relationships and suggest improvements.
• Lead staff development and evaluate performance.
• Manage multiple engagements concurrently with high service quality.
