Qualifications
- Significant experience leading engineering teams or functions.
- Strong background in modern software engineering practices.
- Proficiency in Python, Ruby, Elixir or Golang.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical execution.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the engineering roadmap aligned with product priorities.
- Lead, mentor and support engineers; remove blockers and optimize performance.
- Make architectural decisions focusing on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Oversee delivery of complex technical projects from planning to execution.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and business to translate requirements into technical objectives.
- Establish and improve development standards and processes across the team.
- Stay hands-on when deeper technical input is needed.
- Evaluate new technologies and opportunities in Cloud, AI, Blockchain and more.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and delivery quality.
