Openkrill is seeking a Finance and Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day bookkeeping across agency services and ecommerce brands. This remote, part-time role requires meticulous accounting, strong QuickBooks Online skills, and comfort with international payroll and multi-entity setups.

Based in the Philippines, you will align with US leadership, optimize billing processes, and contribute to pricing and workflow improvements as the position evolves into a full-time role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping in agency or eCommerce.
• Proficient with QuickBooks Online and eCommerce tools like Finaloop.
• Experience handling full-cycle AR/AP and international payroll.
• Understanding of multi-entity accounting and platforms (Amazon, Shopify).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping across agency and eCommerce operations.
• Oversee multi-entity reconciliations and varied payment models.
• Streamline client quoting, invoicing, and AR collections.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Provide admin support and help expand role scope.
