Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Manager, Financial Analytics to lead high-impact real estate transaction modeling across multi-market occupier and leasing client engagements. The role blends hands-on analytics with strategic oversight and governance development.

The position supports site selection, lease renewals, acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio optimization, with an eventual transition to team leadership within 12–24 months. Remote work across the USA is supported.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of real estate transaction modeling in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as the financial analytics leader for leasing transactions nationally, focusing on multi-market occupier and broker client engagements.
Design and develop customized financial models aligned with client decision-making processes and KPIs.
Translate client objectives into scalable analytics solutions and governance frameworks.
Lead development of sophisticated financial models using pre-tax and after-tax cash flows, NPV, IRR, and occupancy cost analyses.
Collaborate with account leadership and transaction teams to implement financial frameworks.
Deliver actionable insights to support occupancy strategy, portfolio optimization, and business decisions.
