Colliers is seeking an experienced Manager, Financial Analytics to lead strategic financial modeling for multi-market occupier transactions in a remote work setting across the USA. The role balances hands-on modeling with mentoring junior analysts and advancing analytics capabilities for site selections, lease renewals, and portfolio optimization.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in real estate transaction modeling, a finance or real estate degree (MBA preferred), and exceptional Excel skills
Qualifications
- 8+ years of real estate transaction modeling in a complex environment.
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial analytics for tenant representation and occupier transactions.
- Design and develop sophisticated financial models across multi-market portfolios.
- Translate client objectives into scalable analytics solutions and KPIs.
- Establish standardized methodologies while accommodating client needs.
- Oversee development of modeling tools and governance for analytics.
- Collaborate with brokers, teams, landlords and occupiers on financial frameworks.
