• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel with dynamic financial models.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the financial analytics leader for leasing transactions nationwide.
• Design and develop customized financial models aligned with client decision processes.
• Translate client objectives into scalable analytics solutions and standardized methodologies.
• Collaborate with account leadership and transaction teams to implement financial frameworks.
• Build and maintain complex financial models evaluating real estate alternatives.
• Analyze occupancy costs, cash flows, and capex to support transaction recommendations.
• Lead financial analysis for tenant representation and occupier transactions.
• Deliver insights to support occupancy strategy and portfolio optimization.
