Job summary

Colliers International seeks a Manager of Financial Analytics to lead complex real estate financial modeling and analytics for multi-market occupier and leasing clients. You will oversee the creation of dynamic financial models, quantify financing implications, and support critical decisions such as site selection and portfolio optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of sophisticated financial models evaluating leasehold interests across multiple asset types using pre-tax and after-tax cash flows, NPV, IRR, occupancy cost analyses, and GAAP impacts.
• Provide strategic guidance to brokers, account leadership, and clients on occupancy strategy and portfolio optimization.
• Develop standardized modeling methodologies while accommodating unique client requirements.
