Job summary

Colliers International seeks an experienced Manager, Financial Analytics to lead sophisticated financial models for multi-market occupier and leasing clients across the United States. The role includes developing modeling tools, guiding analytics, and partnering with brokers and account teams.

The position begins as an individual contributor with potential to lead a team within 12–24 months, and requires extensive real estate transaction experience and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of real estate transaction modeling in a complex environment.
• Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the financial analytics leader for leasing transactions nationwide.
• Design and develop customized financial models aligned with client decision-making.
• Translate client objectives into scalable financial analytics solutions.
• Establish standardized methodologies while accommodating client requirements.
• Collaborate with account leadership and transaction teams for implementation.
