Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a senior Manager, Financial Analytics to lead multi-market occupier and broker client engagements with sophisticated financial modeling. You will drive leasehold analyses, NPV, IRR, and occupancy cost modeling across markets, partnering with brokers, landlords, and account teams to support critical real estate decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of real estate transaction modeling in a complex environment.
• Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with tenant representation brokerage teams; landlord representation preferred.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel with dynamic models.
• Strong understanding of cash flow, lease analysis, occupancy costs, and real estate structures.
• Experience with cash vs GAAP analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analytics for tenant representation and occupier transactions.
• Design and develop customized financial models aligned with client decision-making processes.
• Translate client objectives into scalable analytics solutions.
• Establish standardized methodologies while accommodating client requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership and transaction teams for implementation of financial frameworks.
• Build and maintain complex models evaluating real estate alternatives.
• Analyze occupancy costs, cash flows and capital expenditures to support recommendations.
• Perform cash vs GAAP analyses and assess transaction structures.
• Refine modeling tools and analytics capabilities.
