Job summary

Colliers International in the United States is seeking a Manager, Financial Analytics to lead sophisticated financial models for multi-market occupier and leasing clients, balancing hands-on analysis with development of financial resources across markets.

Initially an individual contributor, the role will evolve to oversee a team within 12–24 months, delivering insights on occupancy costs, NPV, IRR, and GAAP impacts to guide site selection, leases, acquisitions, and portfolio optimization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of real estate transaction modeling in a complex environment.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience working with tenant representation brokerage teams; landlord representation preferred.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel for dynamic financial models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with executive communication capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analytics for leasing transactions nationally.
• Design and develop customized financial models aligned with client KPIs.
• Translate client objectives into scalable analytics solutions.
• Establish standardized methodologies while accommodating client requirements.
• Support implementation of technology solutions that enhance analytics and reporting.
