Truelogic is seeking an experienced Senior Python Engineer for a high-impact, two-month engagement to accelerate delivery of internal applications. This technically full‑stack role leans 70% backend and 30% frontend, focusing on modernizing platforms that power voice-talent workflows and global title distribution.

You are a proactive problem-solver with deep cloud-native backend expertise, strong Python skills, and the ability to ramp up quickly within an established codebase to deliver

Qualifications

• Strong professional senior-level software engineering experience focused on Python backend development.
• Proven expertise in designing, building, and maintaining microservices architectures.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud environments, specifically ECS, S3, CodePipeline, and CodeBuild.
• Extensive background in designing, developing, and securely consuming REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable backend design principles.
• Ability to ramp up quickly and deliver value within existing production codebases.
• Excellent English communication skills for distributed teams.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (JavaScript, React is a plus).
• Background in media, publishing, content distribution, or marketplaces is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performing backend services using Python.
• Build and enhance microservice-based applications to support global content distribution workflows.
• Develop and integrate robust REST APIs connecting internal enterprise systems.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines utilizing AWS.
• Troubleshoot and improve the performance of existing backend services.
• Collaborate with frontend development as needed and participate in code reviews.
