Truelogic is seeking a Back-End Python Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs. You will work with Django, Flask, or FastAPI, and collaborate across teams to deliver secure, performant, and maintainable solutions while staying current with modern backend tech.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional Python back-end development.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API development and best practices.
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases and ORM frameworks.
• Proficiency with Git and software development best practices.
• Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI is preferred.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming and task queues such as Celery is a plus.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Pytest is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and microservices architecture is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to take ownership and continuously learn.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain back-end services and RESTful APIs using Python.
• Build scalable applications using Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and other teams to ensure smooth system integration.
• Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications.
