Job summary
Truelogic is seeking a Lead Full-Stack AI Engineer for a world-class AI project delivered through a world-class digital-first agency. You will drive architectural decisions across backend, frontend, and AI integrations, building scalable Python services and intuitive UI with modern frameworks.
The ideal candidate leads technically, mentors teams, and collaborates with cross-functional groups to implement data pipelines, agentic workflows, and LLM-based solutions.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of software development experience with leadership
- Strong backend experience in Python and frameworks (FastAPI/Flask/Django)
- Frontend experience with React, Vue, or Angular (TypeScript preferred)
- Hands-on AI/LLM experience including LangChain and LlamaIndex
- API design skills with REST/GraphQL and real-time interfaces
- Strong engineering practices: Git, CI/CD, containerization, automated testing
- Database experience with relational and vector databases
- Excellent communication translating technical concepts to diverse audiences
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction of full-stack AI projects
- Build backend services in Python and frontend interfaces with modern frameworks
- Architect data pipelines, workflows, and LLM integrations
- Mentor junior and senior developers, drive best practices
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA to translate requirements into roadmaps
- Stay updated on AI trends and advise stakeholders on feasibility
