Job summary

Truelogic is seeking a seasoned Full-Stack Engineer (Python/React) to build and ship AI-native digital platforms. You will work across the stack from backend services to polished frontend interfaces, partnering with cross-functional teams to prototype rapidly and maintain high technical standards.

You will help advance AI-enabled workflows, ensure observability, resilience, and security, and contribute to engineering practices and roadmaps across the stack.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong focus on Python; backend APIs and data pipelines.
• Strong experience building production frontend apps with modern frameworks (React).
• Experience with AI-enabled development tools/workflows and AI/agent-driven workflows.
• Experience building and consuming APIs, integrating frontend with backend services.

Responsibilities

• Build, ship, and maintain full-stack applications across backend and frontend.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Create reusable components, write clean, testable code, and set technical standards.
• Prototype features quickly, troubleshoot complex systems, and resolve issues.
