Job summary

Workiva Inc. seeks a Senior Solution Consultant for the Public Sector to act as a proactive presales partner for Federal, State, Local and other verticals.

You will bridge governmental reporting challenges with the Workiva platform, guiding discovery, whiteboarding, demonstrations, and deal strategy. You will collaborate across Sales, Product Marketing, Partners, and Services to craft tailored value propositions, build POCs, and drive long-term platform adoption while traveling up to 40% and

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of related experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience.
• Experience with Public Sector assured financial reporting within Federal, State, Local industries.

Responsibilities

• Execute pre-sales framework to engage customers and partners, lead product demonstrations up to C-Level.
• Demonstrate expertise across Financial Reporting, GRC, and Sustainability Reporting.
• Translate Public Sector needs into tailored Workiva solutions and drive tailored business cases.
