Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant for the Public Sector to partner with sales teams across State, Federal and other SLEd verticals, bridging government reporting challenges with the Workiva platform.

You will lead discovery, deliver tailored demonstrations, build business cases, and mentor peers while ensuring customer success through cross‑functional collaboration and strategic account planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Experience with Public Sector assured financial reporting within Federal, State, Local, etc.
• Domain expertise in governmental workflows, regulations, and use cases.

Responsibilities

• Execute pre-sales framework with customers, prospects, and partners via virtual/on-site meetings.
• Lead product demonstrations up to C‑Level and translate needs into Workiva solutions.
• Develop territory/account plans and execution strategies to support long-term platform adoption.
• Conduct assessments, build POCs, and present business cases and demo assets.
• Ensure customer success with implementation partners and client services teams.
