Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead the development of compliant, compelling government proposals from inception to delivery for the Intelligence & Cyber Business Unit. This US-Remote-Telework role requires US citizenship and ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance.

You will coordinate with capture managers, SMEs, pricing, partners and compliance to craft winning content, manage schedules, and oversee Pink/Red Team reviews to ensure on-time, high-quality submissions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of federal proposal experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years of experience with a Master’s degree is acceptable.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal procurement processes.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance and US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the proposal development process from kickoff to delivery.
• Collaborate with capture managers, SMEs, pricing, and partners.
• Develop schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices.
• Ensure proposals meet RFP requirements and deadlines.
• Oversee Pink Team and Red Team review processes.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to strategic planning.
