Job summary

ElevenLabs is expanding globally and seeking a Proposal Manager to own complex enterprise bids from qualification to submission. You will coordinate input across sales, solutions engineering, legal, and security, shaping response strategy and driving high-quality, on-time proposals in an AI-first system.

You’ll leverage AI to automate first drafts and checks, while applying judgment to positioning and differentiation.

Qualifications

• Track record managing complex enterprise RFP or bid responses end-to-end, from qualification through submission.
• Builder's approach to AI and automation: you use AI fluently in your own work, shipped internal tooling or workflows, or partnered with engineers.
• Exceptional writing and editing: translate inputs into clear, compliant responses.
• Strong project management under deadline pressure across functions and timezones.
• Commercial instincts: read scoring criteria and identify differentiators.
