Job summary
ElevenLabs is seeking a founding leader to define and own the enterprise pursuit strategy worldwide, building an AI-first engine that scales across opportunities. You will lead a small global team from Day One and expand the team over time, coordinating with sales, product, security, legal, and executives to win major deals.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in strategic RFPs or senior bid leadership at a tech company, and a strong ability to drive cross-functional alignment under tight
Qualifications
- Substantial experience with strategic enterprise RFPs, from solutions engineering/pre-sales or leading an enterprise proposals function.
- Builder's approach to AI and automation; shipping tooling or partnering with engineers to reduce manual work.
- Exceptional communicator credible with enterprise customers and executives, able to mobilize cross-functional teams.
- Strong commercial judgment to read deal value and shape win strategy with sales teams.
- Ambition to build and lead a global function, not just run a process.
