Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in academic research administration.
• Expertise with electronic grants submissions through Grants.gov and other portals.
• Knowledge of sponsored research funding mechanisms (federal & non-federal).
• Proficiency with federal funding guidelines (2 CFR 200, FAR).
• Proficiency with Excel for budgeting and cost accounting.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-award support for proposal development and submission.
• Lead and train proposal specialists within the cluster.
• Identify, organize, and submit new, resubmission and renewal research proposals.
