Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in proposal coordination in the AEC industry is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesign.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals and priorities under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with proposal management tools and CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of standard submittals aligned with RFPs and internal standards.
• Organize kickoff meetings, reviews, and quality control sessions.
• Serve as the primary contact for standard proposal efforts with internal and external partners.
• Coordinate with Proposal Manager on planning and executing complex proposals.
• Gather resumes, project descriptions, and other materials for submissions.
• Manage proposal logistics, version control, and document organization.
