AECOM is seeking a Proposal Specialist III to collaborate with the West Region BD and operations teams on pursuits across client RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and EOIs. This role offers a remote schedule and can be based from US locations where AECOM has an office.

The position emphasizes leading responses, writing and editing proposals, and applying standard pursuit processes to ensure timely, compliant deliverables, with opportunities to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years' experience leading and supporting proposal activities.
• Strong proposal writing, editing, and production process knowledge.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large proposals and presentations from capture through interview.
• Create annotated outlines and content plans for technical teams.
• Coordinate color reviews and enforce quality in revisions.
• Support go/no-go analyses and capture planning activities.
• Participate in debriefs and gather client feedback for improvement.
• Coach entry-level team members and ensure self-checks before submission.
