Jobgether is seeking a Senior Associate, Proposal Project Manager for a fully remote role in the United States. You will lead complex proposals, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, compliant submissions in a regulated environment. This role emphasizes governance, risk management, and stakeholder leadership.

You will drive content development with proposal writers, oversee reviews, and optimize processes with PM tools and AI-enabled capabilities to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in proposal management or related field with deadline-driven work.
• Experience managing RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and security questionnaires.
• Knowledge of proposal-development methodologies and governance.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with milestones and risks.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal initiatives from intake to submission, including timelines and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with milestones and owners.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Underwriting, Legal, Compliance, and Tech.
• Facilitate meetings to align responsibilities and decisions; keep momentum.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide clear updates on status, deliverables, risks, and actions to stakeholders.
• Partner with proposal writers to coordinate content and reviews.
• Oversee submission readiness and ensure complete, compliant responses.
• Maintain records and governance in line with standards and templates.
• Leverage PM tools and AI-enabled capabilities to improve workflows.
• Identify improvements and contribute to standardized processes.
