Job summary

Wonderstruct, a marketing, design, and technical writing firm serving the AEC industry, seeks a Marketing Coordinator / AEC Proposal Specialist. This fully remote role begins as contract-to-hire or full-time, working across multiple client firms with diverse priorities and brand standards, managing proposals, content, and layouts to deliver polished, compliant submissions.

You will craft pursuit content, coordinate schedules, format documents in InDesign, and maintain reusable marketing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AEC marketing, proposals, or a related field.
• AEC industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting or managing the full pursuit lifecycle, from RFP review through final submission.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; experience with Figma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage RFQ/RFP responses, proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and related marketing materials.
• Review pursuit requirements and organize compliance checklists, schedules, assignments, and deliverables.
• Write, edit, and refine proposal content, including firm overviews, project descriptions, resumes, approach narratives, and supporting materials.
• Coordinate with client teams, technical staff, consultants, and internal Wonderstruct team members to gather content and keep deadlines on track.
• Design and format proposal documents and marketing materials using Adobe InDesign and related tools.
• Maintain templates, project information, resumes, boilerplate content, and other reusable marketing resources.
• Support multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
• Contribute to process improvements, internal standards, and resource organization.
• Support social media or other marketing efforts as needed.
