Job summary

Jobgether in the United States is seeking a Senior Associate, Proposal Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex proposals in a regulated environment. You will manage RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and security questionnaires, aligning cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines.

You will partner with proposal writers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable plans, monitor risks, and ensure high-quality, compliant submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in proposal management or related fields leading complex, deadline-driven initiatives.
• Experience managing RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, security questionnaires, proposals in regulated industries.
• Knowledge of formal proposal-development methodologies and governance practices.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal initiatives from intake through final submission, assessing requirements, timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with milestones, critical paths, and communication protocols.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Underwriting, Product, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Operations.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, reviews, and stakeholder discussions to maintain alignment and momentum.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, dependencies, and deadlines; escalate issues as needed.
• Provide clear updates on status, deliverables, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Partner with writers to coordinate content development and review cycles.
• Oversee final reviews, approvals, and submission activities to ensure compliance and on-time delivery.
• Maintain project documentation and governance in line with standards and templates.
• Leverage proposal-management platforms and AI-enabled tools to improve planning and productivity.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to standardized workflows.
