AECOM is seeking a highly talented Proposal Specialist III to work with the West Region BD and operations team on pursuits, including EOIs, RFQs, RFPs and pre-qualifications. The role offers remote work flexibility and can be based from various US locations with AECOM offices.

Responsibilities include leading medium to large proposals, developing win strategies, writing and editing content, and coordinating reviews to improve outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience leading and supporting proposal activities.
• Understanding of proposal and presentation strategy development and compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in proposal writing, editing, and project management.
• Strong analytical skills for RFP/RFQ analysis and data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with proposal management software and data visualization tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak proposal periods.

Responsabilidades

• Leads medium to large proposals and presentations, from capture to interview stage.
• Supports capture managers in win strategy development.
• Creates outlines and content plans; may lead resume and executive summaries.
• Facilitates color and quality reviews and applies lessons learned.
• Recommends go/no-go decisions and supports go-to-market planning.
• Completes debriefs and supports continuous improvement.
• Assists with marketing or pursuit strategy and content as needed.
• Coaches entry level proposal team members.
• Performs a self-check of work prior to submission.
