Job summary

Accela, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Professional Services leader to ensure the on-time delivery of large, complex government software implementations.

You’ll own cross-functional delivery processes, lead multi-stakeholder planning, budgeting, and risk management, and drive business value for customers and Accela. You will collaborate with Consultants, Architects, PMO, Cloud Ops, Product, and Support teams to deliver successful outcomes, while pursuing opportunities for new work and expansion

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading government enterprise software deployments.
• Projects worth $1M+ over 12+ months across multiple departments.
• PMP certification preferred; strong planning and tracking skills.
• Ability to interact with CxO-level personnel.
• Bachelor-level technical degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage engagements from start to finish using standard PM principles.
• Drive on-time and on-budget delivery with risk mitigation.
• Foster strong client communications and executive steering support.
• Coordinate across Consultants, Architects, PMO, Cloud Ops, Product, Support.
• Support business development and budgeting efforts.
