Job summary

Ad Hoc LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a complex portfolio of government-related digital services. You will own delivery performance, financials, and customer relationships while guiding a team to success.

You will partner with senior leadership to translate priorities into actionable plans, manage contracts, and ensure alignment with program goals. A PMP/PMI-ACP and active clearance are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 9+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex technology service delivery programs.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and project/program management tools.
• PM Professional certification (PMP/ PMI-ACP) or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of program or portfolio performance, including delivery, finances, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate activities across multiple projects, teams, and subcontractors.
• Manage contract requirements and ensure delivery aligns with scope and schedule.
• Lead and mentor program teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Develop strategic program plans and communicate status to leadership and customers.
