Job summary

Visionary Integration Professionals (VIP) is seeking an Accela Functional Lead for a remote role in the United States. The candidate should be familiar with Accela or Accela System Integration Partners in the public sector and have experience with COTS solutions and open-source/cloud technologies.

Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex information are essential. Desirable qualifications include Big 4/5 consulting experience and certifications such as CSM or PMP.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Accela (or one of the Accela System Integration Partners) in the public sector.
• Experience with COTS Agile solutions.
• Big 4/5 consulting experience is desirable.
• CSM or PMP certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• The Accela Functional Lead is familiar with a range of digital/web services and solutions, ideally where open source and cloud technologies and various development methodologies have been applied; has an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to rationalize complex information to make it understandable for others to work; and ability to interrogate reported information and challenge sources where inconsistencies are found.
