Job summary

Accela, Inc. is seeking a delivery-focused professional for end-to-end management of large government software implementations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, and manage client relationships to align value with Accela’s product offerings. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in government software implementations, manage 1M+ budgets, and bring strong PM certifications or equivalents.

Qualifications

• 5 years leading government enterprise software implementations
• Experience managing 1M+ budgets and multi-department programs
• PMP preferred; strong planning/tracking tools

Responsibilities

• Manage engagements start-to-finish applying PM principles
• Lead planning and budgeting, mobilize cross-functional teams
• Drive project health with risk mitigation and reporting
• Foster strong client relationships and executive steering support
