Job summary

ManpowerGroup, Parent Company of Experis, is seeking a Senior Project Manager for remote work with commuting access to Champlin, MN. You will lead filtration projects from small pilots to multi-million dollar deployments, engaging customers from kickoff through deployment.

You will drive process clarification, BOMs, 3D modeling coordination with design and fabrication teams, and ensure project costs and schedules stay aligned with the plan.

Qualifications

• 4 year engineering degree and 5+ years of project management experience.
• Must be able to travel to US and Canada up to 20%.
• Large scale capital equipment background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Kick off projects with customers via phone, meeting, or in person to establish relationships.
• Clarify customer process, floor space, utilities, components, and delivery requirements.
• Engineer filtration systems, review and approve P&IDs with filtration experts.
• Modify sales P&IDs in AutoCAD per customer requirements and engineering.
• Create BOMs and communicate them to the buyer for purchasing.
