Job summary

CBRE DirectLine, a CBRE Data Center Solutions business, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex data center projects with major travel. You will shape schedules, manage budgets, and guide cross-functional teams to meet safety and quality targets.

The role requires extensive experience in construction management and client-facing leadership, with a focus on on-site and remote coordination, subcontractor management, and program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business management, electrical engineering, or construction management.
• 10+ years of direct work experience in construction management, data centers, or structured cabling.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• BICSI RCDD or similar certifications preferred.
• Strong contract negotiation and administration experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience building and leading teams.
• Client engagement experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and budget activities for project construction.
• Develop program schedules and milestones to meet client goals.
• Estimate costs, prepare proposals, and manage labor requirements.
• Direct and supervise project team and subcontractors on site.
• Coordinate with internal/external design, construction and facilities partners.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress reports.
