Job summary

CBRE DirectLine is seeking a Foreman (Traveler) to oversee on-site project execution for data center deployments. You will manage multiple crews, coordinate with field engineers and trade contractors, and ensure quality, safety, and adherence to schedules on varied data center builds across the US.

This role requires leadership, documented process discipline, and active collaboration with project management.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in installing standard cabling technologies and rack infrastructure on large-scale build projects.
• Able to lead multiple crews and forecast manpower.
• Ability to read/understand drawings, blueprints, and portmaps.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the onsite Project Manager and coordinate with Leads weekly.
• Oversee milestones, productivity, and site safety conditions.
• Coordinate with Field Engineers and trade contractors for execution of work.
• Manage and control labor on assigned projects and validate materials for build.
• Document lessons learned and maintain build paperwork.
• Support both new deployments and live site requests and assist in design/build reviews.
