Job summary

CBRE | DIRECTLINE, a CBRE Data Center Solutions business, seeks a Project Manager to lead site-based data center projects, drive schedules, cost control, and quality while ensuring safety and client satisfaction.

You will consult with clients, develop proposals, oversee labor and materials, and manage contract changes with design teams and suppliers. Strong leadership and PM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business management, electrical engineering, construction management, or similar.
• 5+ years of direct work experience in construction management, data centers, or structured cabling.
• Track record of delivering programs on time, within budget, and to safety standards.
• PMI PMP or equivalent certification preferred; BICSI RCDD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of network infrastructure and cabling projects at a site.
• Develop program schedules, manage costs, and ensure quality and safety targets.
• Consult with clients, prepare proposals, and manage procurement and billing.
• Direct on-site teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare contracts, negotiate revisions, and maintain client satisfaction.
