Job summary

CBRE | DIRECTLINE, a CBRE Data Center Solutions business, seeks an Assistant Project Manager to drive delivery of network infrastructure and cabling projects at a site. You will lead scheduling, cost control, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with clients and the site team.

The role requires 1-3+ years in construction management or data centers, proficiency with MS Office, and ability to manage resources, vendors, and subcontractors to meet program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business management, electrical engineering, construction management or similar.
• 1-3+ years of direct work experience in construction management, data centers, or structured cabling.
• Proven track record delivering mission-critical programs on time and within budget.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; PMP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish program schedule and manage targets for cost, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Consult with clients, deliver presentations, estimate costs, and write proposals.
• Plan, direct, coordinate, and budget project construction activities.
• Coordinate with site team and suppliers; manage labor, materials, and subcontractors.
