Job summary

CBRE | DIRECTLINE, a CBRE Data Center Solutions business, is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery of network infrastructure and cabling projects at a site. You will develop schedules, manage costs, ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, and coordinate with clients and vendors.

Experience leading mission-critical programs is essential. The role requires 10+ years in construction management or data center environments, a bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership and contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• 10+ years in construction management, data centers, or structured cabling.
• Proven track record delivering mission-critical programs on time and budget.
• PMP or similar certification preferred; RCDD or telecom certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and budget project activities.
• Develop program schedule with milestones and manage costs.
• Lead client engagements, prepare proposals, and manage contracts.
• Oversee safety, quality, and environmental programs on site.
• Recruit, train, and supervise project staff and vendors.
• Prepare billing, cost tracking, and progress reports.
