Job summary

CBRE | DIRECTLINE is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery of network infrastructure and cabling projects at a site. You will drive scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, and risk management while coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

The role requires a BS in a related field, 10+ years in construction/data centers, and PMP or equivalent certification preferred. On-site work in the US with potential travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of direct work experience in construction management, data centers, or structured cabling environments.
• Project management experience delivering mission-critical programs on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of network infrastructure and cabling projects on site.
• Develop and manage program schedule, milestones, and cost targets.
• Coordinate with site team, suppliers, and subcontractors to meet requirements.
• Prepare contracts, negotiate revisions, and manage procurement.
• Oversee safety, quality assurance, and environmental programs on project.
