Job summary

Brookwood Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Corporate/Commercial to lead headquarters buildings, office renovations, tenant improvements, and commercial developments from planning through closeout. The role is remote with travel to project sites as needed and requires 15+ years in construction project management, program management, or owner's representation.

Compensation is a competitive base plus project-based incentives; equity participation may be available for the right candidates.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in construction project management, program management, or owner's representation.
• Experience managing corporate and commercial projects valued at $25 million or more.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field; CCM, PMP, PE, RA, or LEED AP preferred.
• Strong communication, executive presence, initiative, organization, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead headquarters buildings, office renovations, tenant improvements, and commercial developments from planning through closeout.
• Advise on budget, schedule, quality, and risk; manage tenant coordination and permitting.
• Develop scopes of work, review permitting requirements, and support fast-track delivery.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to proposals and business development.
