Certinia, a leading provider of PSA, ERP, and related professional services solutions, is seeking a Senior Project Manager for remote work in the U.S. You will guide complex engagements from initiation to stabilization, ensure client success, and optimize project margins within a matrixed delivery model.

The role emphasizes client leadership, executive communication, risk management, and collaboration with Delivery Leads and consultants.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years leading 3–5 complex enterprise software implementations.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a matrixed environment.
• Active PMP Certification (or PRINCE2) required.
• Familiarity with ERP/PSA implementations; cloud delivery models.
• Experience with Certinia, NetSuite, Oracle, or Salesforce ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead client leadership and stakeholder management across the engagement lifecycle.
• Own end-to-end delivery across all project phases.
• Define governance, RAID logs, status reports, and change control.
• Manage scope, budget, and revenue forecasting.
• Mentor junior project managers and collaborate with delivery leads.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery standards.
