Job summary

Certinia, headquartered in Austin, TX, seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager to guide a portfolio of enterprise customers. You will apply product expertise to map business outcomes to Certinia capabilities, helping customers adopt PSA/ERP solutions and realize measurable value.

You will drive adoption, manage health, and partner with Sales to expand opportunities while delivering exceptional customer experiences across remote, hybrid, and on-site settings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a portfolio of enterprise customers in SaaS.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across stakeholders.
• Ability to develop implementation plans and guide customer success.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and value via Success Plans and onboarding.
• Provide expert guidance on configurations and best practices.
• Monitor health indicators and mitigate churn risks.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and promote advocacy.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on account strategy and expansions.
