Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead global enterprise software implementations for international clients. This fully remote role requires strategic, proactive leadership of distributed teams and exceptional stakeholder management to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

You will guide end-to-end projects across lifecycles, drive user adoption, manage budgets, and report progress to executive stakeholders from a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years in project management with large-scale software implementations a must.
• Experience leading distributed, cross-functional teams across international clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of global enterprise software implementations.
• Manage all lifecycle phases from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, timelines, budgets, and resources for global teams.
• Coordinate geographically dispersed teams with clear communication.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure integration with client systems and successful adoption.
• Manage client relationships and set expectations for satisfaction.
• Oversee user training and change management for adoption.
• Track KPIs and budget, reporting to executives.
• Promote best practices in remote project management.
