Job summary

Centric Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex enterprise programs with cross-functional teams across business and technology. The role features remote work with travel to Chicago up to 25% and requires strong stakeholder management in a large, global, matrixed organization.

You will drive governance, plan development, and executive reporting while partnering with senior leaders to align priorities and remove obstacles.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project or program management experience leading complex initiatives
• Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), retail, or related industries
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional programs involving business and technology teams
• Experience operating in large, global, matrixed organizations
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills
• Ability to work independently, influence without authority, and drive outcomes
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
• Experience supporting sales, customer teams, retail execution, trade promotion, or related CPG functions
• Exposure to large-scale business process and technology transformation programs
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar technologies
• Consulting experience or client-facing environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, enterprise-wide programs and projects from initiation through delivery
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
• Drive execution across cross-functional business and technology teams
• Facilitate governance activities, steering committee meetings, workstream reviews, and executive status reporting
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities, manage expectations, and remove obstacles
• Identify and mitigate risks while proactively resolving issues and escalations
• Ensure alignment and collaboration across global and regional teams
• Support organizational change management, communications, and adoption activities as needed
