Job summary

Serco is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact technical projects under the CMS Eligibility Support program. You will manage schedules, risks, and dependencies, coordinating with technical managers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with contract requirements.

The role emphasizes leadership of multiple projects, production deployments support, and the mentoring of other project managers within a remote-capable environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of IT project or program leadership.
• Active PMP certification preferred.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework, Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large technical projects from initiation to completion.
• Oversee schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, requirements, testing, and deployments.
• Provide leadership to other PMs and support program-level initiatives.
• Conduct briefings and status reviews with stakeholders and vendors.
• Coordinate with technical managers to secure staffing and resources.
• Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Ensure governance and contract compliance across projects.
