Ladders is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-phase enterprise SaaS implementations from a remote US base. You will own end-to-end project execution, manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk, and align senior stakeholders across customer teams and internal partners.

The ideal candidate has a PMP certification, 10+ years delivering complex SaaS projects, strong technical acumen with data integration and APIs, and excellent executive communication skills. Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required.
• 10+ years managing enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Strong technical acumen with data integration, APIs, and system architecture.
• Experience with incentive compensation management or related SaaS desirable.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-phase projects on time and on budget.
• Executive-level communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of customer projects.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, and budget.
