Job summary

Directive Consulting is a fast-moving, remote-first marketing partner delivering programmatic excellence for SaaS and B2B brands. We seek a bold Programmatic Strategist to lead day-to-day management of programmatic clients, craft strategies, and communicate with clients and internal teams.

The role focuses on DSP campaigns (DV360, The Trade Desk, and others), data-driven optimization, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and exceed KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in programmatic roles at publishers, advertising agencies, or ad tech companies (bonus B2B experience).
• Hands-on expertise in media buying: building and optimizing campaigns in DSPs, with a preference for experience in DV360 and The Trade Desk.
• Proven track record in programmatic media planning, buying, and building measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign success.
• Strong understanding of how programmatic and other channels work together to surpass client KPIs.
• Experience driving programmatic growth across clients in the B2B/SaaS landscape with budgets over $50k/month.
• Strong cross-collaboration skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Solid analytical ability, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: develop media strategies, integrate first- and third-party data, set up campaigns across DSPs, optimize performance and pacing, and generate actionable reporting.
• Team Collaboration: coordinate with creative, analytics, and account teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Client Relationship Management: serve as primary contact, provide updates, and present plans and performance insights.
