Boldsky Creative Studio in the United States is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own client programs end-to-end. You will lead intake, budgeting, timelines, and resource planning, while ensuring high-quality outputs and strong client relationships.

Experience with print production and a strategic leadership style are essential. This is a remote role supporting multiple clients in a networked studio model.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in program management, delivery operations, or studio/agency environments.
• Hands-on experience in print production workflows.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the studio lead for a defined set of clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Own intake, scope, budgets, timelines, and resource planning.
• Develop project estimates and coordinate with Content Production and Technology teams.
• Oversee deliverables and budget tracking from start to finish.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of direct reports with annual reviews.
• Maintain quality control and proactive issue resolution across projects.
