Job summary

HugeInc is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Program Delivery team. You will plan and prioritize deliverables across multiple projects, coordinating creative, strategy and tech teams to produce digital products.

You’ll own delivery across workstreams, maintain daily activity visibility, and build strong client relationships. You should have experience managing budgets and SOWs, mentoring teams, and working in agency settings.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple interactive projects from discovery to development.
• Experience managing budgets, burn reports, and SOWs.
• Experience in management or mentorship.
• Agency experience and delivering creative projects.
• Autonomous end-to-end project delivery.
• Ability to manage risks and scope creep proactively.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize deliverables and resources across multiple projects with cross‑functional teams.
• Focus on goals and deliver solutions for large and small initiatives.
• Serve as the delivery focal point across workstreams and daily activities.
• Collaborate with all discipline team members and manage client relationships.
• Use Asana, Jira and Coda to track progress and communicate status.
• Ensure timelines meet launch dates and manage risks and changes.
• Monitor client expectations and deliver high‑quality service.
